6. Processors
We use the following service providers:
- Data center: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany)
- Payment processing: Mollie B.V. (Netherlands)
Data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR have been concluded with all service providers.
6.1 Payment Service Provider Mollie
For payment processing, we use the service of Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, Netherlands. As part of the payment processing, your payment data (such as bank account or credit card details) as well as transaction-related data (such as order amount and timestamp) are transmitted to Mollie. This is done on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as the data processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase contract. 6.2 Email Dispatch
Email dispatch is currently done directly through our own servers. All email data is processed exclusively on servers in Germany and is subject to strict German data protection regulations.
